It hasn't impacted my working or relationship with the manager as I was worried about. And more largely the learnings from the first workshop allowed me to give freedom to myself to stand my ground and not worried about being liked all time by everyone. I took this learning to another difficult conversation last week, and surprisingly it went well. I employed few techniques from the first workshop of using clear communication, discussing my needs and sharing my ethics that I embed in my day to day working (zooming in and out in the same conversation by understanding the requirements of the chat).
