We examine your leadership dominant leadership style and provide guidance on how to improve through flexing your behaviour.

The Culture You Create

An introduction to the concept of culture and the team develops culture from leadership behaviours.

We explore the concept of performance management and it's function.

An explanation of what happens to our bodies (and minds) when we see difficult times.

Exploring the techniques of managing the spectrum of performers using data from the previous activity.

Institute of Leadership Accreditation

Everyone who completes will be provided with an Aspire Certificate, provided by the Institute of Leadership and Management. 

Attendance

You must attend all sessions.

You will need to show that you have made a change in your leadership and and management practice.  Our unique pledge system will ensure that change happens.

You must be an active participant on the programme

Pre-Work Completion

 All pre-work must  be completed prior to the training day.

Performance Pledges
