An exploration into the differences between these development and management tools.
Day 1
Complete a leadership self assessment (10 minutes).
Defining Coaching
A session underpinning the purpose the principles of effective coaching.
Day 2
Keep a time log for a morning or afternoon (15 mins).
Skills and Process
We explore the skills needed and provide you with a road map for effective coaching.
Day 3
Complete two team surveys using the provided spreadsheet (15 mins).
Test Drive
An opportunity to test drive your new found skills within the coaching process.
Day 4
Read a short provided on-line article (10 mins).

Everyone who completes will be provided with an Aspire Certificate, provided by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Attendance
You must attend all sessions.
