Group Coaching

because teams change together, or not at all

 Introduction

Group coaching takes the same rigour as 1:1 work and applies it to an intact team — building shared accountability, surfacing dynamics that individual coaching would never reach, and helping a group perform as an operating unit rather than a collection of individuals.

 Who it's for

Teams that already work together day-to-day and want to actively improve how they function — not a training day, but ongoing coaching that builds real, lasting change in team behaviour.

 How it works

Grounded in established team-effectiveness frameworks — including Woodcock & Francis and the Niemela & Lewis Wagon Wheel model — sessions work with the team as a whole, surfacing what's helping and what's getting in the way, then building shared commitments the team holds each other to between sessions.

 Outcomes

A team that trusts each other more, communicates more directly, and holds itself accountable — not just individuals who happen to work in the same place.
