Robin believes development should be engaging, fun, and deliver quick results — which is exactly why he started Robin Lodge Associates.
There are only three ways to increase productivity: work more intensely, work longer, or work differently. The first two are finite. The third is where development comes in.
Our training is pragmatic, practical and grounded — helping people put new skills into practice quickly and easily, improving performance while making working life less stressful.
We do this through innovative, focused development, staying close to emerging learning technologies and theories, and working only with the most effective trainers we can find. We support every aspect of learning and development, including Training Needs Analysis, full Programme Design, and Train the Trainer/Coach — both accredited and non-accredited through the Institute of Leadership.

Robin Lodge Associates is solely owned by its namesake, Robin Lodge (Lead Trainer and Consultant), formed as a sole trader in November 2010 before becoming a limited company two years later.
