ASPIRE is our accredited five-day leadership programme: practical, discussion-led and built from real leadership experience. One day a month from January to May, so you apply each module before the next.

If that sounds familiar, ASPIRE was designed for you. It's for managers and team leaders who:
- moved into a leadership role in the last few years and were never really shown how to do it
- lead people day to day but feel they're getting by on instinct
- want tools they can use on Monday morning, not theory at a distance
- would value a recognised accreditation on their CV
It's also for the organisations behind them. ASPIRE gives you a confident, capable manager and a measurable difference in how their team performs. Every day draws on established frameworks — trait emotional intelligence, DISC and Choice Theory among them — applied to the situations you're actually facing.

Can my employer book for me?
Yes. Most delegates are booked and paid for by their organisation. Use the form below and tell us who to invoice.
What if I can't make one of the dates?
Let us know in advance and we'll arrange a catch-up session so you don't fall behind.
Where is it held?
All five days are held at the XTEND Digital Campus, Meppel Avenue, Canvey Island, SS8 9RZ. There's free parking on site, and it's about 15 minutes from Benfleet station. Every day runs 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Is this the same as the in-house ASPIRE programme?
Same content, same accreditation. The open cohort brings together delegates from different organisations, which many find is one of the most valuable parts.
Do I need any prior qualifications?
No. ASPIRE is designed for working managers, not academics.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a welcome email, your delegate portal login and your pre-programme activity to complete before Day 1 on 25 January.
