This statement is made pursuant to the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Robin Lodge Associates Ltd has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chains.

Our Organisation
Robin Lodge Associates Ltd is a UK-based management training and leadership development consultancy. We provide leadership development, coaching, and behavioural profiling services to organisations across a range of sectors.

Our Supply Chains
As a small consultancy, our supply chains are limited. We primarily engage software and technology providers, printing and materials suppliers, and, where required, associate trainers and coaches working on our behalf. We are committed to working only with suppliers and partners who share our values and commitment to ethical business practice.

Our Policies
We are committed to ensuring transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains. We do not engage in, and will not tolerate, forced, compulsory, or child labour in any part of our business or in the businesses of those we work with.

Due Diligence
We take a proportionate approach to due diligence, reviewing the nature of our relationships with suppliers and associates and taking action where any concern is identified.

Training and Awareness
Robin Lodge Associates Ltd is committed to ensuring that our team and associates are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and understand how to raise any concerns.
